Felipe Crespo is an alumni to USF - Tampa and currently attends Duquesne University for graduate studies and research. During his time at school, Felipe took a budgeting & marketing class as an elective and was immediately inspired. After graduation, Felipe found a job at a local tax office, where he gained knowledge on financial literacy and how to better prepare for monetary success. Over time, the skills that were obtained were sharpened, and a team of financial service professionals that Felipe met along the way was assembled. Thus, FSP United was established.
Although he is a student and researcher first, Felipe has much business and personal success. He is also preparing to open Pittsburgh’s first local Puerto Rican food truck the beginning of 2021. All of the things that Felipe does are things that he has been doing and/or aspiring to do since he was a teenager. Felipe now wants to share the lessons learned that endured trial and tribulation with hopes that it will motivate and inspire others.
Sharisa Van der Ven is a Dutch native that attended the University of Amsterdam as a law student before relocating to the US. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch. She has also mastered french, papiamento and Farsi. Coming from a family of business Sharisa soon expanded her experience and expertise in any way possible. As a licensed interpreter, financial professional and language coach she has always had the talent of being independent and applying her skills accordingly.
Sharisa has spent the majority of her life traveling and is well educated on cultures around the world. Leading her to arrive in Florida in 2016 and meeting her now business partner, F. Crespo where they both started their journey as tax professionals. Her charismatic personality paired with her wits allowed her to quickly become well versed in financial literacy, thus expanding her knowledge. Her and F. Crespo soon decided to create a platform where clients could feel safe and be educated on their financial needs.
Obtaining knowledge and helping those around her has always been Sharisa’s top priority, she hopes to combine these priorities by not only accomplishing her clients needs but also educating them in the process to gain a better understanding of their financial affairs.

Doug Raible is a professional investor and advisor. He’s been investing since the age of 18 and has built a portfolio consisting of real estate, financing deals, stocks, and multiple companies including Secretos, the first Puerto Rican food truck and restaurant in Pittsburgh.
He is also a co founder of Sterling Heights financial group a wealth management firm in Pittsburgh. Doug has 5 licenses in financial planning and is a notary to conduct real estate closings. He has been featured in NY Weekly, Yahoo Finance, US News, and Whirl Magazine. On the side Doug consults clients on anything business, real estate, or marketing related to help others jumpstart their business, or expand to the company they always envisioned.
